Fun Of The Fair
Hello Everybody!
During the summer and fall months, I travel around New England attending fairs festivals and other similar venues as a way to sell my art. (see Venue tab for listings)

All my art work comes in various sizes From 16x18 & up for glass framed pieces to very large unframed pieces.
My philosophy Is to try do my best to make my art accessible to all people and affordable in price, I am a big believer that art is for everyone and that affluence should not be the only criteria from which one should own a piece art.
"After all art is subjective and personal, and the real price of a piece is truly about what it means to you."
My contemporary abstract styles may not be to everyones tastes but I have found that It has been welcomed by local communities. My "canopy", or "booth" is usually percieved as one of the more alternative booths at the craft fairs and does seem to peek the interests of the public. My work has not only been recieved well overall but my sales have been good and I continue to grow as I get more exposure.
This is still quite a new process for me . It's been a lot of hard work doing research to find the best and most suitable venues to attend, aswell as buying the much needed equipment required to have everything in place and functioning properly.
It takes time. Each day I learn something new......
I have learned that a well thought out display makes all the difference.

I have learned the need to tackle all weathers head on and be prepared for the worst, only blew away twice this year!! and got rained out once..

I have learned that it's ok if nobody is buying or looking. Art is subjective....

.
I have learned that you can make many friends at these events...
I have learned that I can be confident with the quality of my work and that I am producing something that is unique in it's style
I have learned to accept compliments
but overall I have learned to enjoy
Thank you to everyone who have said great things about my work and appreciate both my style and efforts
Cheers!!
